Description

Design and implement enterprise-level technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technical solution architectures by collaborating with client executives to identify requirements.
• Lead and mentor technical developers through design, coding, code reviews, migrations, and deployments.
• Evaluate Salesforce.com capabilities against third-party solutions to ensure optimal system design.
• Implement architectural, design, and integration patterns within an enterprise landscape.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and executive management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical architecture design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce systems.
• 3+ years of experience creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce projects.
• Deep understanding of SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on system design.
• Proficiency in enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI-CD for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of CPQ.
• Experience working within globally distributed or onsite-offshore models.
• Professional fluency in English and either Japanese or Korean.

Preferred Skills

• RedHat Fuse or Camel certifications.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
