Description

Lead the migration from Siebel CRM to Salesforce Service Cloud, designing integrations and managing the DevOps lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of Service Cloud to replace the existing Siebel system.
• Design integrations using REST API and ESB to pull customer, order, sales, and asset data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with middleware teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Manage the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle, including test automation and deployment pipelines.
• Oversee complex data migration strategies from legacy CRM environments.

Required Skills

• Architect-level experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on proficiency with Lightning Web Console.
• Strong experience with REST API for data integration.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience managing test automation and deployment processes.
• Proven track record migrating data from legacy CRMs like Siebel.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or development.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect or Advanced Developer certifications.
• Specific experience in Service Cloud or DevOps within the last year.
