Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce and affiliated platform solutions for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud requirements.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS.
• Conduct research into client usage to produce findings reports, recommended steps, and solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.
• Manage the Salesforce product backlog and act as a release manager for configuration and code deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solutioning.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience solutioning Service Cloud features.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and Oracle EBS or other ERP systems.
• Ability to groom and refine product backlogs in liaison with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Experience defining success and acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Skill in documenting testing steps and illustrating designs with technical justifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.
