Description

You will serve as the Technical Solution Lead for the Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementation, owning all technical aspects of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Convert product requirements into architectural blueprints and technical designs that ensure compliance with established standards.
• Design end-to-end solutions using a mix of configuration and customization, including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Lead conceptual solution design for feature improvements and identify business process gaps addressable via Salesforce.
• Manage and recommend changes to integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and communicate technical solutions to senior leadership and C-level executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Expertise in technical solution design and architecting frameworks.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, role hierarchies, sharing, and security models.
• Proficiency in creating design artifacts using UML.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and prototypes.
• Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party technologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle vendor interactions and provide input to contract negotiations.
