Description

Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and SFMC environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integrations using Lightning and LWC.
• Architect scalable solutions within Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage deployments and technical workflows using Jira and standard release tools.
• Operate within Agile methodologies to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in Salesforce ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning framework.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Service Cloud and SFMC.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Experience with deployment tools and release management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• SFDC Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architect certifications.
• Platform Developer I and II certifications.
