Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce architecture and custom development solutions.
• Manage platform configurations and application builds to meet business requirements.
• Leverage Agentforce Specialist capabilities to enhance platform functionality.
• Align technical solutions with business needs using Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in high-tech industry, product engineering, or IT.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Expertise in Agentforce Specialist.
• Application Architect capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified App Builder.
• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
