Good to Have Skills: Experience with asynchronous Apex including Batch, Queueable, Future, and Scheduled Apex. Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Exposure to deployment activities across Salesforce environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Configure and implement Field Service Lightning solutions with basic to intermediate level expertise.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce REST APIs and manage external system integrations effectively.
• Work with asynchronous Apex processes including Batch, Queueable, Future, and Scheduled Apex operations.
• Implement and manage Salesforce security model including sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Execute deployment activities across multiple Salesforce environments ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.
• Provide analytical problem-solving support and maintain high standards of solution quality and accountability
