You will build and modify Salesforce applications to meet operational needs, analyzing user requirements and designing customized solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Design or customize Salesforce software for client use.
• Analyze and design databases within the application area.
• Create detailed design documents, including models, diagrams, or flowcharts.
• Direct software system testing, validation, programming, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional SFDC Developer experience.
• Experience building and modifying Salesforce applications.
• Ability to analyze user needs and develop solutions.
• Skills in designing or customizing software for client use.
• Experience analyzing and designing application databases.
• Proficiency in creating detailed design documents and diagrams.
• Experience directing software system testing, validation, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating development as part of a team.
