Description

You will design, develop, and integrate enterprise-level Salesforce solutions to support long-term IT strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Code applications using a disciplined development process and integrate them with external platforms.
• Identify development tasks to support project planning, estimation, and sizing.
• Execute and support testing efforts across the full development lifecycle.
• Review integration testing plans and ensure adherence to technical standards and policies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT solutions experience with a focus on Salesforce and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex programming and Visualforce pages.
• Proficiency with Lightning, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience developing with SFDC APIs, including SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Salesforce Communities).
• Competency in configuring Assignment Rules, Milestone Tracker, Escalation Rules, and Routing Rules.
• Technical experience with Force.com IDE, Eclipse IDE, Workbench, and Data Loader.
• Proficiency in SQL and creating Reports and Dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Business Analysis and System Administration.
