Description

You will lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term IT strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions and enterprise-wide software systems.
• Create functional and technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with external applications using SOAP and REST web services.
• Develop custom console components for Sales Cloud and execute testing efforts across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure system alignment and manage reports, dashboards, and core object management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT solutions experience with a focus on Salesforce and Service Cloud development.
• Hands-on experience with Apex programming, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and configuring Assignment, Milestone, Escalation, and Routing Rules.
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST based web services and SFDC APIs.
• Experience with Data Loader, WorkBench, and Eclipse IDE.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and System Administration.
