Description

You will design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using a disciplined development process.
• Create functional and technical design specifications and size technical requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with external applications and platforms.
• Review integration testing plans and support testing across the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects to align systems with long-term IT strategy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT solutions experience.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce/Service Cloud development and other CRMs.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex programming, Apex Classes, and Visualforce pages.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, including SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Competency in setting up and customizing Sales Cloud consoles and custom components.
• Experience with Force.com IDE, Eclipse IDE, Workbench, and Data Loader.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Business Analysis and Lead, Account, and Opportunity Management.
• Proficiency in creating Reports and Dashboards.
