Description

Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Implement asynchronous processes, batch classes, and triggers for complex business logic.
• Provide 24/5 support for critical P1/P2 production incidents and ensure SLA adherence.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and implement permanent fixes.
• Resolve integration issues involving EAI, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 4-8+ years of experience as an SFDC Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, triggers, and Batch Classes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Ability to analyze database logs and optimize SQL queries for performance tuning.
• Experience supporting production releases and deployments.
• Available for rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end issue resolution.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
