JD:

Skills : SFDC Developer (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) , Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, Apex triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processes

Responsibilities :

• 24/5 Support for all applications.
• Support critical P1/P2 production incidents, ensuring SLA adherence
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
• Analyse database logs to identify and resolve production defects
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Support integration issues (EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP) ensuring seamless data flow across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (L1/L2, DB, middleware) for end-to-end issue resolution
• Support production releases and deployments, ensuring smooth rollout with zero/low defects
• Identify and fix the performance bottlenecks, improving system response time and stability
• Create and maintain RCA documents, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation
