•       1+ years of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience
•       5+ years of experience with programming languages:

•       3-5 years of experience working with:
o       Force.com IDE

o       ANT
o       AutoRABIT (preferred)
•       Experience in Agentforce building AI agents
•       Experience in Agile methodology, with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
•       Good communication and collaboration skills
•       5+ years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing)

Core Responsibilities

•       Design and build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization
•       Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ)
•       Lead delivery including:
o       Story grooming
o       Solution design
o       Code reviews
o       Performance tuning
o       CI/CD
•       Govern compliance including:
o       HIPAA/PHI security
o       Auditability
o       Role/permission modeling
•       Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams
