Description

Design and lead the technical implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions that align with business needs and organizational objectives.
• Lead technical aspects of implementations, including system architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies.
• Customize and configure the FSL application using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Oversee integrations between FSL and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Salesforce FSL implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and FSL functionality.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience managing project planning, execution, and monitoring for FSL implementations.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
