Description

Lead the design and development of complex enterprise Salesforce applications. Own the full lifecycle from business analysis to technical implementation and release.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Force.com, including multi-object architectures, reports, and workflows.
• Write independent code and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems such as GA and OneTrust.
• Perform business analysis to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Manage user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules within the platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of extensive design and development experience in Force.com.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Lightning components, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with Web Services and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Migration Tools, Web Services/SOA Metadata APIs, Salesforce Lightning experience, and Salesforce CMS.
