Description

You will lead the design and development of complex Salesforce enterprise implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex SFDC applications using reports, workflows, and multiple objects.
• Execute independent code development and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems including GA and OneTrust.
• Perform business analysis to define technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Maintain user roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing security, profiles, and complex workflow rules.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and third-party solution maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Migration tools, Metadata APIs, and SOA.
