Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within a Financial Services Cloud context.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions and custom applications.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee development, deployment, and system integrations.
• Enforce best practices for coding, configuration, security, and code reviews.
• Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience managing ETL processes and data migration.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
