Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for email campaign setup, deployment, and technical architecture within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own email campaign setup and deployment, including maintenance of subscriber lists, data extensions, and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS templates, code snippets, and email template systems using SFMC code blocks and AMPscript.
• Implement personalization, dynamic content, and visual experience platform integrations like MovableInk.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams to manage SSL certificates, domains, subdomains, DNS configurations, and send classification.
• Partner with data analytics teams to manage audience file generation, execution specs, and UTM tagging for performance reporting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of direct experience in enterprise email marketing or digital retail operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Advanced HTML and CSS skills specifically for email coding, optimization, and client compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with JSON and XML.
• Experience working with SOAP/RESTful web services and API integrations.
• Practical application of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead teams directly or indirectly within a matrixed enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and AMPscript.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) and SSL certificate management.
