You serve as the subject matter expert for email campaign setup, deployment, and technical architecture within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end email campaign setup, deployment, and technical documentation for all email types.
Develop and maintain HTML/CSS templates, code snippets, and email template systems using SFMC code blocks and AMPscript.
Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies to drive customer engagement.
Manage subscriber lists, data extensions, and coordinate with Enterprise Technology teams on SSL certificates, DNS configurations, and domain management.
Liaise with SFMC partners on API integrations, platform setup, and special technical projects.
Required Skills
4+ years of direct experience in digital retail operations or enterprise email marketing.
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise email marketing providers.
Advanced HTML/CSS skills for email coding, including optimization for various email clients.
Hands-on experience with JSON and XML.
Experience working with SOAP/RESTful web services.
Experience with personalization and visual experience platforms such as MovableInk.
Proficiency using Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence.
Experience working within Scrum or Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead teams directly or indirectly.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Familiarity with SQL and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop).
