Description

Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, automation, and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user setups, troubleshoot login issues, and perform mass data loads.
  • Configure Service Cloud features including case assignment, auto-response rules, and case management.
  • Build and customize advanced reports and dashboards for data visibility.
  • Develop and troubleshoot advanced automation using Salesforce Flow.
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, perform daily health checks, and manage version control via Git or Subversion.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
  • Proficiency with SFMC, Marketing Cloud, and CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and advanced automation troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other RDBMS.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, and SF Apex development.
  • Understanding of infrastructure components including Load Balancing, CDNs, SSL, Domains, and firewalls.
  • Experience working within an Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to work a 24/5 shift schedule.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with version control systems like Git or Subversion for code and design.
