Description

Define and govern the end-to-end Salesforce QA automation strategy, ensuring high-quality releases through Continuous Regression Testing and robust test frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Salesforce QA automation architecture, including framework selection, standards, and governance.
• Design and implement Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) strategies to support frequent Salesforce releases.
• Architect and govern Coupado-based deployment pipelines with integrated automated testing and quality gates.
• Lead automation testing across Salesforce clouds and ensure end-to-end test coverage including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Establish best practices for test data management, environment strategy, and data masking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation architecture.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
• Proficiency with automation frameworks: Provar, Selenium, or Tricentis.
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with Coupado CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) strategies.
• Ability to review and optimize test execution performance and reporting dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as the QA authority for Salesforce releases, providing architectural guidance and risk assessment.
• Collaboration experience with developers, release managers, and business stakeholders.
