Description

Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architectures for complex banking solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure and security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design complex platform components covering integration, security, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive creation of technical design documents adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Lead design sessions to communicate custom and out-of-the-box solution options to stakeholders.
• Manage the full application lifecycle including prototyping, development, and release management.
• Monitor performance and security requirements through rigorous testing.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep understanding of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, App Cloud, and Einstein solutions.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and Data Loader.
• Proficiency with integration technologies, specifically SOAP, REST, and MuleSoft middleware.
• Experience with identity management integration, such as connecting Salesforce to OKTA via Single Sign-On.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, Ajax, HTTP, and CSS Bootstrap.
• Experience with DevOps tools and release management, including GitHub, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ANT, and SFDC Metadata API.
• Proven ability in code management strategies, secure development practices, and metadata migration using Change Sets.

Preferred Skills

• 4-6 years of experience specifically in an Architecture role.
• 4+ years of experience with integration technologies and Agile methodologies.
