Description

Lead the technical design and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose and document high-level design options for JIRA stories using Salesforce best practices.
• Drive technical discussions during project discovery, PI Planning, and design reviews.
• Document and deliver Conceptual Design Documents (CDD) for all workstreams.
• Coordinate design and code reviews to secure architectural approvals.
• Resolve technical impediments for developers and assist with development effort when required.

Required Skills

• Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Architect.
• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Aura, and LWC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and Field Service Lightning.
• Experience working within Agile ceremonies and story grooming sessions.
• Proficiency using JIRA for technical documentation and task management.
