You will build and maintain complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Service Cloud and contact center integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows within Service Cloud.
• Integrate Amazon Connect (CCaaS) and Service Cloud Voice to enable contact center functionality.
• Implement Agentforce AI solutions, including chatbots and case classification logic.
• Integrate Verint WFM with Service Cloud for workforce optimization and scheduling.
• Guide developers and enforce coding standards through code reviews and mentorship.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
• Experience implementing Agentforce AI solutions.
• Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and Salesforce architecture patterns.
