Description

You will lead the technical solution design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) using a configuration-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall FSC technical solution architecture and high-level design.
• Define development guidelines, test execution plans, and technical dependencies.
• Guide Scrum Masters and Technical Leads on activity sequencing and technical constraints.
• Deliver requirements through hands-on development and implementation.
• Manage large volume data and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer App Builder.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification.
• Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce web services (WSDL) and integration patterns.
• Proven track record in platform migration assessments and transformation consulting.
• Experience with deployment tools including ANT, Change Sets, and Data Loader.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with Agency Management and Claims applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SFDC configuration including Profiles and Permission Sets.
• Experience with data mapping and migration processes.
