Description

You will own the testing strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test SFDC Service Cloud functionalities including Assets, Entitlements, and Case Management.
• Validate integrations between SFDC Service Cloud and external systems such as Oracle ERP, Knowledge Management, Telephony, and Partner applications.
• Execute testing workflows to ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Validate data consistency using SQL queries.
• Support testing efforts for Sales Cloud components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on testing experience specifically with SFDC Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with Java.
• Understanding of Case Management, Assets, and Entitlement workflows.
• Experience testing integrations with Oracle ERP or Telephony systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate studies.
