Description

You will design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet complex business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect custom campaign data models and technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure, administer, and operate SFMC to build multi-channel campaigns and workflows.
• Develop technical solutions including API integrations and ETL processes while balancing architecture standards.
• Consult with business stakeholders to define digital technology roadmaps and improve business processes.
• Provide implementation guidance and ongoing technical support for end-to-end projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years focused on Marketing Automation.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with SFMC, including at least 2 end-to-end project implementations.
• Experience managing at least one full lifecycle of a campaign management or MRM project using SFMC.
• Proven expertise in database schemas and ETL implementation.
• Strong technical design and architectural skills for integrating marketing platforms with other systems.
• Experience with customer data management and campaign data models within SFMC.
• Background in the Financial Services domain.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio, and Audience Studio.
