Description

You will architect and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet complex business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect custom campaign data models based on specific client requirements.
• Configure, administer, and operate SFMC to build multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop technical solutions including workflows, API integrations, and ETL processes.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical SFMC implementations and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital technology roadmaps and improve business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years focused on Marketing Automation.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with SFMC, including at least 2 end-to-end project implementations.
• Proven experience managing at least one full lifecycle of a campaign management or MRM project using SFMC.
• Expertise in database schemas and ETL implementation.
• Strong technical design and architectural skills for integrating marketing platforms with other systems.
• Experience with hands-on campaign data management for customer data within SFMC.
• Ability to present architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio, and Audience Studio.
• Background in the financial services domain.
