Description

You will own the technical execution of email campaign programs and manage offshore delivery teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end email campaign program by defining requirements with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Build and troubleshoot complex customer journeys within Journey Builder.
• Execute data segmentation and audience quality checks using SQL Query and Automation Studio.
• Develop responsive HTML/CSS email templates and resolve client-specific rendering limitations.
• Manage offshore technical resources to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud SQL Query and Automation Studio activities.
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting complex Journey Builder workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Interaction Studio and Automation Studio.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for coding responsive emails.
• Deep understanding of SFMC integration with other Salesforce platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot email client limitations and technical delivery issues.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Email Studio Content Builder.
• Experience with DatoRama.
