Description

You will lead the technical execution and management of email campaign programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the email campaign program by defining and implementing requirements with business leaders.
• Build and troubleshoot complex customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Manage an offshore team to ensure delivery and execution.
• Develop responsive HTML/CSS email templates and troubleshoot rendering limitations.
• Utilize SQL queries and Automation Studio to validate and manage audience quality.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive experience with SQL Query and Automation Studio activities.
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting complex journeys in Journey Builder.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for coding responsive emails.
• Experience or exposure to Interaction Studio and Automation Studio activities.
• Understanding of how Salesforce Marketing Cloud interacts with other Salesforce products.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Email Studio Content Builder.
• Experience with Datorama.
