Description

You will build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and automations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain email campaigns, Journey Builder automations, and system integrations.
• Implement AMPscript, SQL, and HTML to create dynamic content and data-driven emails.
• Manage SFMC data extensions and audiences for precise segmentation and targeting.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and automation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for email development.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Experience with API integrations to connect SFMC to external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and segmentation within the SFMC environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
