Description

You will build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns and automation within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain email campaigns, Journey Builder automations, and integrations.
• Implement AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for dynamic content and data-driven emails.
• Manage SFMC data extensions, audiences, and segmentation strategies.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration.
• Experience with API integrations and connecting SFMC to external systems.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and segmentation.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting SFMC-related technical issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
