Description

Design and develop customer journeys, data models, and marketing automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Develop email templates and content using Email Studio and Content Builder.
• Implement preference centers and manage data security principles.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) via APIs.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 8-12 years total professional experience.
• Proficiency in Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Experience with Mobile Studio and Cloud Pages.
• Programming skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Guide Template Language.
• Experience mentoring team members.
