Description

You will build and automate customer journeys and personalized messaging within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Design dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate external data sources using Marketing Cloud REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage audience segmentation through Data Extensions, SQL, and Contact Builder.
• Implement triggered sends and multi-channel campaign execution including Email, SMS, and Push.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development experience.
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
• Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Deep understanding of Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation.
• Technical proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
