Description

Design, develop, and deploy multi-channel campaign solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Architect requirement analysis and customer data mapping solutions to ensure delivery of planned marketing value.
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of campaign solutions, including data management and segmentation.
  • Build and manage automated journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
  • Integrate third-party data and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Act as technical liaison during implementation to provide requirement clarity and conduct testing before production release.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Hands-on expertise with SFMC tools: Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and MobileConnect.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content and cloud pages.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud data architecture, including data extensions and segmentation.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Smart Capture for landing page development.
  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, XML, Web Services, SOAP, and REST API integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing at least two full lifecycle campaign management or MRM projects.
  • Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver end products independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
  • Familiarity with Next Best Action (NBA) event-based triggers and real-time marketing.
