Description

Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions, overseeing development teams and third-party integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.
• Oversee development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to define sprint plans, phased launches, and integration strategies.
• Guide integration of third-party systems such as Qualtrics and Medallia.
• Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases through technical oversight and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management and Email Alerts.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST APIs and outbound messaging.
• Proficiency with Jira, Visual Studio, and Git.
• Experience integrating third-party tools.
