Description

Design and implement scalable end-to-end technical solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and marketing requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions leveraging AMPscript and Guide Template Language for personalization and automation.
• Build and optimize CloudPages landing pages, forms, and microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs for data synchronization.
• Maintain and document technical processes, data flows, and marketing automation procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Deep expertise in AMPscript and JavaScript.
• Experience with SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.
• Strong technical skills in HTML and CSS, especially for email and landing page design.
• Experience building and managing automated marketing journeys and behavioral triggers.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and data extraction.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
