Description

Build and maintain accessible, automated email campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive email templates and CloudPages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Ensure all digital assets meet 508c and WCAG standards for accessibility and screen reader compatibility.
• Build automated customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio with SQL queries.
• Implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct rigorous QA including rendering tests, accessibility audits, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation development.
• Deep knowledge of Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and CloudPages.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidelines and 508c compliance.
• Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with testing tools for compatibility and accessibility.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in federal/government consulting, healthcare, or industries with strict compliance standards.
