Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, bridging business requirements with scalable technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for multiple client projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design and architect data feeds, platform configurations, and ETL automations to support complex automated email campaigns.
• Create detailed architecture diagrams, flow charts, and technical solution design documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including discovery, development, testing, and troubleshooting client data feed issues.
• Act as the technical expert and liaison between clients, project management, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in a technical consultancy or implementation role.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Consultant Certifications.
• Proven experience implementing SFMC projects for two or more separate organizations.
• Expertise in MC Connect, configuring ETL automations, and CloudPages.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution design and architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce CDP and Datorama.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
