Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, bridging business requirements with scalable technical delivery.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is added.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for client projects from scoping through deployment.
• Design architecture for data feeds, platform configurations, and ETL automations for complex email campaigns.
• Create detailed architecture diagrams and technical solution design documentation.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including discovery, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Act as technical liaison between clients, project management, and operations.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years in technical consultancy or implementation roles.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Consultant Certifications.
• Proven implementation of SFMC projects for two or more organizations.
• Expertise in MC Connect, ETL automations, and CloudPages.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution design and architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce CDP and Datorama.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
