Description

Lead technical execution and development within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Own the end-to-end implementation of complex marketing automation and personalized content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build custom customer journeys, automation jobs, and complex email templates.
• Develop dynamic templates using AMPscript to drive personalized content delivery.
• Construct custom SQL queries to manage data structures and audience segmentation.
• Manage end-to-end workflows using Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
• Translate client requirements into precise technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Expertise in Email Studio and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content creation.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and custom queries.
• Hands-on experience with SFDC connectors.
• Bachelor's degree.
