Description

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
 

 Architect and implement customer engagement journeys using:
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• Mobile Studio
• Contact Builder
• Audience Builder
 

 Develop personalized and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
 

 Design data models and customer segmentation strategies leveraging Data Extensions and Contact Builder.
 

 Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
 

 Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment best practices.
 

 Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
 

Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 

 Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SFMC developers and administrators.
 

 Support release management, environment strategy, and production deployments
