Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, owning the technical architecture for customer engagement journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement customer engagement journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
• Develop personalized and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Design data models and customer segmentation strategies leveraging Data Extensions and Contact Builder.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment best practices while leading code reviews and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud.
• Proven track record in technical leadership, mentoring developers, and defining coding standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with release management and environment strategy.
