Description

Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot solutions for enterprise clients. Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Configure and develop marketing automation assets using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce core functionality and marketing automation platforms.
• Lead client-facing workshops, sprint demos, and technical strategy sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain Digital Marketing Center of Excellence standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years of hands-on configuration and development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS for marketing asset development.
• Deep understanding of Core Salesforce processes, objects, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience leading development projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to gather, prioritize, and document user stories in an Agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
• Background in organizational change management and user adoption strategies.
