Description

You will lead the migration from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online and maintain the underlying infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration projects including workload inventory analysis, metadata mapping, and custom site migration.
• Develop new PowerApps forms and Power Automate workflows within SharePoint Online environments.
• Maintain SharePoint farm and infrastructure services including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Active Directory.
• Monitor system integrity, availability, and performance while managing security patching and backups.
• Manage user access, permissions, and role-based Active Directory delegation models.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience administering SharePoint farm environments in production settings.
• 5 years of advanced Microsoft SQL Server administration, including security, backup, and performance monitoring.
• 4 years of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.
• 4 years of experience coordinating and executing migration project schedules and issue tracking.
• 3 years of experience providing deskside, phone, and web-based end-user support.
• 3 years of experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of change management, version control, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience using Atlassian Jira Service Management, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking.
