Description

You will administer on-premises SharePoint farms, support SharePoint Online, and lead migrations between the two environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premises SharePoint farms, including site creation, storage management, and patching.
• Support both on-premises and SharePoint Online instances, monitoring health, memory, and server utilization.
• Execute patching strategies across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Diagnose issues using IIS and ULS logs, resolving workflow and permission problems.
• Perform disaster recovery procedures and rebuild servers to ensure latest .NET and Windows security updates.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator.
• Strong expertise in on-premises farm administration.
• Proven experience migrating from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SQL Server.
• Ability to analyze SharePoint content and storage usage.
• Knowledge of IIS Logs and ULS Logs.
• Experience with disaster recovery procedures for SharePoint Servers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows security patching and .NET framework updates.
