Description

Responsibilities

·       Assess and inventory existing file share content

·       Design migration strategy and file mapping exercises

·       Execute SharePoint and Teams migrations

·       Manage cutover planning and migration schedules

·       Utilize migration tools such as ShareGate

·       Migrate high-priority projects immediately while broader migration strategy is being established

·       Partner with stakeholders to determine retention requirements and archive strategy

·       Support governance and information architecture initiatives

Required Skills

·       SharePoint Online Administration

·       Microsoft Teams administration

·       ShareGate migration experience

·       Large-scale file share migrations

·       Data mapping and migration planning

·       Cutover execution and migration scheduling

·       SharePoint permissions and security

·       Metadata and information architecture

Preferred Experience

·       Enterprise SharePoint migrations

·       P: Drive to Microsoft Teams migrations

·       1+ TB migration projects
