Description

You will own the migration of on-premise SharePoint infrastructure and content to Microsoft 365, leading technical execution and team development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate SharePoint 2013 environments and content to Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom workflows, forms, and solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and InfoPath.
• Automate SharePoint functions and extract data using PowerShell, leveraging Sharegate for content migration.
• Create and execute test strategies for custom solutions, managing issue resolution and ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
• Provide cross-training to colleagues and collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver accurate estimates and updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a technical lead in SharePoint development and migration.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft 365 architectures.
• Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SQL query writing and database integration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and InfoPath.
• Familiarity with Sharegate and other migration tools.
• Strong understanding of compliance, security, and test strategy development.

• Experience working in highly regulated and secure environments.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and improve overall competency.
