Description

Design and implement enterprise application architecture based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new software functionality or major enhancements to existing systems.
• Configure and secure SharePoint farms, including governance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint environments using log files and diagnostic tools.
• Document architecture and design artifacts using tools like Visio or Enterprise Architect.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficiency in SharePoint 2010, 2013, and Office 365 farm topology and infrastructure.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations using tools such as AvePoint, Metalogix, or MetaVis.
• Hands-on expertise with IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Enterprise Search engines.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint API/Object Model, App Model, and CAML/XML Query.
• Experience with workflow systems including WWF or Nintex.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, including C#, Visual Basic.NET, and ASP.NET.
• Solid understanding of Web Services, REST, XML, XSLT, and LDAP.
• Experience with HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Familiarity with U2U Builder and SharePoint Designer.
